Visited the Droitwich store looking for walking shoes. I found Andy to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me to get shoes that fitted me correctly.

Went to Southampton store to purchase a Tilley hat. Unfortunately the 2 staff members were too busy talking about their recent paddle board experience to give me some help and advice so I will go elsewhere. Not good service.

Happy with the walking boots I purchased

Excellent customer service. I went to store in Didsbury and also Deansgate Manchester for boots and rucksack. Even though staff were busy they were really helpful and knowledgeable. Won't go elsewhere for my hiking gear now!

Recent visit to Cotswold Brighton store which was well set out with plenty of new stock and available in most sizes. Staff were friendly, helpful and on hand to help with any questions without hassling you as soon as you walk through the door.
Probably the best range of quality outdoor equipment on the high street these days.

I got my feet measured in the Plymouth store, this made sure I got a great fitting hiking shoe. Knowledgable staff helped me pick the right style for hotter weather.

Avoid at all cost, they sold me a tent with a hole in it and accused me of making the hole myself and refused the return.
I went away with the family for a trip which I cut short due to there being a hole in the tent it annoyed me that much I went home the next day, i packed up and went straight from the camp site to the shop as it opened.
Explained what happened and i was told you used it so you caused it.
I explained i drove all the way down the country with kids for a trip so I couldn't just wrap straight up and come back cancelling the hole trip so stayed 1 night.
I never checked the tent before leaving as I don't have anywhere to pitch in the garden it's concrete.
I brought it back and they said I had caused the hole by either burning it with a pot then I was told it was by a spark, then inwas given some other way I caused it.
If I caused it I'd take the hit no probelm and get it fixed as its an easy fix.
It's the point I didn't cause it in any way shape or form and to be accused of being a liar that has annoyed me now more then the hole.
I now have to make a small claims court case to try get and get my money back.

I have recently joined the Rambles and gone to Cotswold to buy few things needed. One of the people working there (Liverpool store) was very pleasant, patient and knowledge and made me feel very relaxed to make my purchases. I shall be returning for few more things in the near future. Highly recommended

Just visited the betwys y coed store for second time in 12 moths. Had a pair of salomon xa pro shoes which were failing after 11 months. The staff were really helpful. Chris the manager was wonderful. Couldn't replace the shoes under warranty but did sell us a replacement pair at a great price. So nice to get good service again. They were brilliant when we bought the shoes originally too.

So the guy's there are great. They have a fun element to them and are very very knowledgeable ... Don't let their youthfulness fool you. They have a stack of interesting products and are great at customer services. Thank you.
